Dropping Pounds!

So. I decided to dedicate a page on my tumblr to my journey of getting fit this summer, and, I guess, for the rest of the time that I plan to workout and do fun fitness things to get healthy!

Fitness Began: May 8, 2012

Original Weight: 210-ish lbs (not exactly sure because I didn’t weigh myself initially… but its in that neighborhood) 

Total weight loss: 64.5 lbs

Ultimate Weight Loss Goal: 80.0 lbs

Workout: 30-40 minutes on the treadmill at anywhere between 3.5 and 4.0 mph with elevation, resistance training on machines, elliptical machine, stationary bike, walking to and from class. I change it up every single time I go to the gym depending on how my body feels. 

What I Eat: I eat whatever I want in moderation. I don’t drink pop or anything with caffeine in it. I don’t eat fast food if I can’t tell you what’s in it (ie. McDonald’s, Burger King, etc).
